PartnerStandard Recruitment is operated by Bernhard Friedrichs under the PartnerStandard brand. It is a web tool that helps partner managers find, check and sign the right partners, market by market. The recruitment work is stored in each user’s own Google Sheets files.
1. Legal information
This information is provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). The operator is a natural person working as a sole proprietor. There is no entry in a commercial register.
2. Trademark
PartnerStandard® is a registered trademark in Germany. PartnerStandard Recruitment and the PartnerStandard logo may not be used without prior written permission.
3. Limitation of liability for content
We prepare the content of this website with the greatest possible care and to the best of our knowledge. We do not accept liability for its topicality, completeness or correctness. Methodology tips, examples, call guides, prompts and suggested next steps in the Service are general guidance, not professional advice. Recommendations are calculated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong.
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor information that users store or transmit through the Service, including the content of their workbooks. Workbooks are stored in users’ own Google Drive. When we learn of a specific infringement, we will promptly restrict access to the content concerned through the Service. Liability is possible only from the time we have such knowledge.

This website links to third-party websites, including the PartnerStandard Knowledge Hub and course, and Google. We have no influence over their content and accept no liability for it. The provider of each linked page is responsible for its content. When we added the links, we saw no legal violations. If we learn of one, we will remove the link promptly.

Users add the content of their workbooks themselves, including text they import from AI assistants and notes they paste from calls. It reflects their own information and views. We do not check the accuracy of user content and make no statement about its reliability. Users are responsible for the content they add, and for making sure it does not infringe third-party rights, breach confidentiality agreements or violate applicable law.
7. Consumer dispute resolution
